Looking into issue with Grand Arena Championship

Myself and a guild friend where both in Division 4, we have around the same total GP and I only have under 40k more squad GP. How is it he got to place 5 squads on defence and I needed 6?

Seems they knew this was a problem, tried to fix it, then went home for the weekend. Perhaps a delay of the event release may have been the wiser choice under the circumstances. Let's hope the rewards for our "patience" are commensurate with our frustration. Though if past experiences are any indicator I seriously doubt that will be the case.

Nope. There was an issue where an underdog feat could not be completed, as it expired before the attack phase began, which is what that post is talking about. The patch fixed that, extending its duration. However, that fix caused caching issues which threw a lot of the player base into the review phase, rather than the attack phase.

I'm not sure that was directed at you in particular. Do not worry, I've also reported those posts.

The community doesn't need to get its knickers in a twist. The credits were a placeholder to enable them to close the GAC down. There may be compensation rewarded to players. And the event starts again in a couple of days. Realistically we haven't lost anything. The exceptions being those that spent crystals to refresh the fleet battles just to be top of the league for a short while, but even they knew what they were doing. There was no benefit to doing that except for temporary bragging rights.

I'm saying this as a person who's GAC didn't bug out, and I got a full clear with first attempts on my opponent. I was in a good place for the rest of the GA round. But these things happen.

This thread is predictably hilarious.

I wanted to play GA, but truthfully this is way more entertaining.

So it also seems that people that actually managed to do some battles and finished some feats also got GAC currency. I wonder how CG will go about fixing this.

On another note my opponent only set 2 teams thus trying to screw me out of points for offense since from what I read the rest of the slots dont autofill. With a mode that rewards your total score based on banners gained devs should really look into making it so that all def slots get filled always.
