Looking into issue with Grand Arena Championship

They found a bug and released a hotfix, which caused a different bug to happen. So they’re going to reset and try again. This seems like par for the course, as it’s happened before. It will also probably happen again with some future feature. While I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to attack in GA, the reset will happen soon enough and they’re giving out compensation. So nothing much to get worked up about.

Yeah theres plenty to get worked up about
This happens every time
Mismatching is horrendous
The divide between the whales and ftp is going to be gigantic
This is another money making exercise that punishes guild oriented rosters vs selfish ones

Isn’t it supposed to start today

I did 2x 50 crystal refreshes on my Fleet Arena to get my Fleet Feat Completed before the Attack Phase. It’s not as simple as zeroing everyone out on GAC Currency. They would have to refund my 100 crystals as well. The simple solution is to give everyone a certain amount of GAC currency

Smh, don’t care if you were able to complete the feat, but really CG? Because I wasn’t one of the 5% or less that was able to attack, now I’m penalized more? I think for those of use that couldn’t attack should be compensated the GAC currency that you’re allowing the others to keep from their attacks.

Thank you CG, I feel that you handled the compensation well and restarting the event today is the right move. Even if 99% of the next responses are negative, you have my 1% of approval lol

This! Alot of people (myself included) busted their whatevers to get ready for the big new shiny event, also my enemy was a joke and i fullcleared him.
Regarding the "we will compensate those of you who got the fleet arena quest".... yeah what about people who were ALMOST done? Like me? Nah man, you're not fair and probably can't make it right.

It is a very difficult decision as many of us would likely have defeated our opponents

I'm no math guy but I think somewhere around 50% of players would have defeated their opponents. That's not that impressive. Most people on the forums don't listen to arguments that aren't backed by 99% of the players.

Everyone who earnt 1st place will get their rewards? I was stuck on review period right up until they cancelled it, I didn't get the chance to participate at all, they just gave me 5th place.
