Lost account - I need help, CG!

I am playing for over two years now with SWGOH. A few days ago I lost my account after a major iOS update! Since than I am unable to login at all.

If I log in with my Aplle ID to Game Centre the game say I am banned for multiple offenses. If I don't log into GC than a brand new account comes up.
Tried to contact EA via email, I have tried all the options you offered me to get the game back. None of them worked! Than I received emails from different persons all the time going around in loops with the advices. Unfortunately none of them was useful.
Tried the live chat also, they said the product specialist will contact me. Which has not happened yet.

I am unable to login for 5 days now. This is really annoying. I spend a lot of money on that account and yet it seems they are not willing to help me!

Anyboday has similar exprecience? Anybody has any advice?

  • I think they'll need to go direct to EA Help as they can't go through the Help in the game itself.

  • If you were banned it was probably for cheating, or, given the timing, could have been for buying stuff from that one dude over the weekend.

    If you didn't cheat, drop your ally code here and someone that can do something about it might see it.
