So I logged into the game today and it prompted me to update. After which I am back to level 1 with all my characters, progress, resources lost What kind of a joke is this ?? - Signed up only ...

I'm on iOS - don't see any option to logout - the game would automatically start up and was automatically updated through app store.
tried deleting and re-installing - doesn't work.
