Lost my account due to linking problem

Basically I have two accounts: one for my son on an IPad (Yelrachf2p) and one on my iPhone (Charley). Here’s the problem: The yelrachf2p account was linked to a ea account under the email: [edit: email address removed] and Charley under the email : [edit: email address removed] but also under my gamecenter of my apple account which I don’t sign in on my iPad for my sons So during a iPadOS update the gamecenter was linked to my sons account and when I logged back in on the Charley account on my phone, it logged me into my sons account. After panicking I accidentally linked the Yelrachf2p account to the ea account of Charley thus overriding the linking feature for it losing all my progression. What I ask for is that you link the Charley account to the [edit: email address removed] ea account so I can get my progress back.  

I have all info (Player ID and allycode) aswell as CC details for the Charley account. 

I have posted multiple tickets and posted once about the issue and have received 0 feedback for 5 days...
