LSB purchase issue

On 9/10 I purchased the Jedi master Kenobi LSB 2 via the webstore and upon going in game, I got a message that “there was an issue with your order” and that my “account was compensated as best as possible”. I reached out to EA support and they told me they were looking into the issue and would have an answer immediately after. I have yet to hear anything since then. What do I do?
