This is just complete crap, rag on me all you want. But there is no reason for having multiple ships and a character that isn’t even farmable yet in platoons and squadrons. A long with difficulty of the events, this is going to make the LSTB almost impossible for average guilds. This is because "LS TB is a long term end game content for guilds" a.k.a. We want to put out content in the game that isnt instantly able to be beaten with characters/ships that require more MONEYS!

I mean, they've made platoons static now so over time, this will be a non-issue in the future

Previously platoons would update as soon as new marquees would be released

We always knew that new ships and toons released before Republic Offense start date were fair game months in advance

You need 8 vulture droids, 11 Bombers, 10 BTL to complete platoons in every fleet phase

So its not like every single member of the guild needs to farm these ships, and with Malevolence being released, you would need these ships to be competitive with that ship anyways

What happened to just using a PLACEHOLDER? You can block progression in a simple way like you did for years on tier gear. These requirements don't have to equate to insanity.
