Luke Skywalker - rebel attacker

Do you think we need to keep gearing this toon for the next event / incarnation of Luke/ commander Luke / jedi Luke? Or was that mostly for the last flash events? I have a 6* .. am I wasting my tim...

I could have taken my Luke to gear X but got tired of waiting and used the stun cuffs on a different toon.
