Love your idea. Not too OP. Just for a Squad Arena Store character, Shatterpoint is too OP. Maybe 20% Max Health. It's like a permanent expose with Shatterpoint. Otherwise, Malak dies in 4 hits (mish mash with some generic / New GR Jedi TM swappers, that won't be too good.
