Make Darth Talon slow as molasses in January?

Since she really functions as a support, I wonder if she should just be really really slow. She goes under stealth and feeds the team with her unique. She is worthless for damage because by the time she gets enough stacks the rest are already dead.

Okay, I have been working on her for a long time, then the Starkiller kit came, and against my better judgement, I bought it. I had her modded already, and fairly well.

I know I have to mod her for the Starkiller "event" but after that she will be on teams, multiple uses. My inclination is to make her really really slow after Starkiller.

Anyone else tried this? What do you think?
