Make LV great again - Nerf Traya

A GL should not be able to be knocked out, basically even on autoplay, by omicronning a standard toon that anyone with 3 million + GP owns.

I don't want any GLs going down like that, ones I own or not. 2 or 3 omicrons of investment, maybe...
