Make some changes or explain yourself CG!

There is one huge, over-arching issue with Capital Games and SWGOH and that is the neglect of the player base.
The direction of the game is in turmoil right now. Lots of long-time players leaving and almost every single player upset with something from the recent update.
Not once, have a heard a peep from anyone at CG saying 'We hear you', 'We understand how you guys feel about the update and are observing and brainstorming ways in which we could make things better'.

Instead, we got 'Jocasta Nu is bugged, oh well, we'll fix it in Feb, we're going on holidays'.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm passionate about what I do. I couldn't leave my job in complete turmoil and go on holidays, without thinking about it 24/7. Screw the holidays, I'd want to try and at least smooth things over before I disappear. Yes, 'They deserve to have Holidays too'...But from a personal perspective, if I worked at CG, I'd be saying I dont think this is the right time for us to go radio silent.

A lot of us have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game and CG's disrespect since this update is purely what is turning me off.
