Make TB rewards depend on participation

I think the biggest problem with TB - both light and dark side - is that rewards are split equally regardless of participation. This does not give any incentive to players to do their best - why if you still get the rewards? And while most guild members will still participate, inevitably there will be slackers. And it is very hard to expose them, unless they completely ignore the TB. But even if you do find them, the only think you can do is kick them, in which case they will just go slacking in another guild.
I suggest making the rewards scale depending on the number of points earned, which is already calculated - just like in raids.
  • I don't like this idea. While I can see how frustrating it is for you, because by the looks your guild has a lot of this players, in my guild we are managing it amazingly, and equal rewards tend to unify our guild mates. If you give rewards like the Raid's what will eventually happen is some people will lose interest, because they won't be able to compete agains p2p, or even older players with larger rosters, and thus the attendance in TB will decrease significantly.

This will be a bigger problem now that we can't even mobilize after 3 stars are granted. People will rush to participate and those who can't because of work or different timeliness will be left behind.
  • If you have inactive players that's your guild's responsability, not everyone's fault. Equal reward is fair, your option is only more whale food.
  • TB is a guild exercise not an individual exercise. If you have people not active then you need to boot and recruit. Doesn’t happen overnight. Requires effort.
  • Yupp, if you have inactive members, best cut them or find a guild which executes TB to perfection.

We demand that everyone check in to TB to do their obligations of CMs and Deployments. So if one can't keep up, lots of casual guilds out there.
