I don't like this idea. While I can see how frustrating it is for you, because by the looks your guild has a lot of this players, in my guild we are managing it amazingly, and equal rewards tend to unify our guild mates. If you give rewards like the Raid's what will eventually happen is some people will lose interest, because they won't be able to compete agains p2p, or even older players with larger rosters, and thus the attendance in TB will decrease significantly.
This will be a bigger problem now that we can't even mobilize after 3 stars are granted. People will rush to participate and those who can't because of work or different timeliness will be left behind.
