TB rewards should be based on participation
It gets really old chasing people to keep up participation in TB and TW. Therefore I think rewards should be commensurate with participation. I’m ok with equal rewards so not suggesting a score based reward system. However it should be paid out for tiers participated in. For example if you participate in 5/6 TB phases, you’re reward is tiered down. Tired of carrying dead weight and booting people gets old. Just look at all the recruitment posts.
