1. They have tons of ambiguous descriptions everywhere. I doubt they have actual writers on their staff, it's a small development group.
2. You can't level Shore, you are limited to 2 packs per day, so figure 20 shards per day for how many days you have left.
3. I got 30 SRP shards in one with 20 Shore.
4. I've bought maybe 100 various packs, if you aren't happy with the minimum payout don't EVER bother. I bought the Shore pack expecting 90% I get 10, 9% 20 shards and 1% 30 based on my experience which is similar odds if you buy the credit pack. They obviously want to lure you with the chance at a big payout just like a casino but just like a casino your usual payout will be tiny.
