I agree with this but I'm more peeved on the fact that you need both revans to only HALF complete the Malak farm. You still need to dish out GET after you used two journey toons

So then do what I'm doing, not give 2 poops about Malak. I can't be bothered anymore my these shenanigans and I'll follow my own path from now on. I was one of the few who actually had SiT, Sass and Marauder g12 before info on DR dropped. I can't stand jkr and what he brought to the game so I will never farm the OR toons to get him. They are all still at 0/30 and will stay that way until I stop playing the game. I enjoy my full SE team and will continue to enjoy it without this nonsense they call Malak. CG are the only ones really losing here. There won't be many players left to spend if you continue to stab them all in the back.

In fairness, I think the people who are asking what the minimum requirements are are people who are far below the minimum. I don't think they're asking with the intention of "What's the lowest I can go to get this done" and rather asking "How much do I need to get in order to stand a chance?"

I can't read minds, of course, so maybe some folks really are trying to bargain-bin their team, but I think most are looking at it from that other perspective.

Cheer up guys, this event is actually pretty good. If you're a f2p, it will make you glad that you never started the spending train and that you can calmly shrug off such indecency and lack of respect for the community by CG (but most likely by EA rather than poor CG good bois).

The answer has been given. Nothing less than 17500 gets you in the door. Will you need Zetas? More gear close to 13? Who knows. But why take chances? Dude, they are flat out saying VERY VERY VERY Difficult. 2 days. 2 days notice. You are welcomed to rest on any assumptions, but seriously, why not roll with I'm going to need G12 and Zetas... is it a bummer if you're not close. Yeah I get that. But that's the whole idea here. Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. Like I said, I know nothing - but I'm riding on the assumption I will need everything.

For me to be able to participate i would need a 2 year notice!!!

For those figuring out if they can make it, I can confirm based on just now getting Zaalbar over the hump that slicing adds:

Regular slice: 24 GP per rank
Gold mod to 6E: 45 GP

So not much, but it just barely got Big Z over the line. G12 with a couple 6E mods (rest are purple or gold), but no zeta or G12 pieces.
