Pre Vizsla also fought Obi Wan.
I think, you can also add Jango Fett as Mandalorian. He was a born Mandalorian, was an enemy of Vizsla family, but still Mandalorian ... (IMO)

EDIT: Boba, on the other side, was a Clone. They did not use acceleration in growth on him and did not manipulate his genetic material, but still a clone.

EDIT 2: What do you think about Satine Kryze ... she was an enemy of Death Watch as well ... is she Mandalorian? ;)
