for the 150 stacks, my best guess is that controlling the enemy ship which is sith empire makes them also count as reinforcements for you, giving you at least 60 at least, plus maybe since they cant reinforce anymore it count all ships in reserve as "reinforced" giving the extra 60-90 stacks to reach 150 total
