How is this an issue? If someone's squad is in gear two of three levels higher than yours, then they should smack you around. Just like an underleveled DPS would have issues taking down a gear X RG with 50K+ in health in protection.

I've never seen my Rey one shot someone in equal level gear. However, I have seen squads that probably had a combined 200K in health and protection, so nerfing the DPS isn't really something I think would make things better.
