Matchmaking in the Grand Arena

I have complained about grand arena match making since they changed it from a completely logical GP based matchmaking system to what it is now. When grand arena first came out you fought only players with a GP rating similar to your own. Makes sense right? Well they didn't think so. So here we are still today with the great new system they changed it to. Absolute garbage. Going against players with a GP any where close to yours will rarely ever happen. And like others have said, they do not care. So now it's now left to, is this worth quitting over or can I live with it? Cause it won't be changed. 🤷
