Purchased the Light speed Leviathan bundle and only received crystals

I bought the light speed leviathan bundle II and it said it ran int an issue and compensated me 5847 Crystals.

I already tried contacting EA support through the game. They were very unhelpful only repeating to me what I received and ending the chat.

I'm just wondering if there's a way to fix this or to receive a refund.

I have the transaction code if that will help.
