I understand that. Imo I wonder why you didn't go into 5th though, I was myself wondering what you were doing. Maybe you didn't know you can take first from fifth? Idk, I'd see how tomorrow goes before you opt out of the truce. If you get into 1st a little earlier I bet nothing happens. I think he thought you weren't gonna make it in time so he took it, but maybe he hop on here and respond. My best advice is to get into first with at least 5 min til payout
