Max Damage Potential: It's time it gets reworked!

There's no justifiable argument that any toon should be able cause more damage potential than the H/P remaining on the toon they attack. Case in point: Zylo can easily 1-shot nearly any toon and pick up more Protection than the entire H/P that now dead toon had. In the below pic, Zylo 1-shots my Rex, who had all but about 15K total H/P left.
