Maximum Damage...is there a limit?

Is there a limit on maximum damage a character can do? I know Savage's finisher can do 99999 damage but I've seen and done over 100k on Vader's Culling Blade in the Attacker challenges (and have mana...

savage his ability is fake :p it can only take away about 10k health max.
