It's not broken. Each time you attack without Vader's basic or Poe's special, it has a chance to dodge. Having it happen 7 times is bad RNG, but each attack has the same chance to be dodged so it can happen each time.
Then its atrocious luck because i forgot to mention he dodged them all in a row...one after another...7 in a row.
