I am never going to watch a video for this sort of thing, so I might miss out on some info. Text is always king for me.
Not sure about the changes but seems to be a substantial nerf to non-GL toons. We'll see how it plays out but it's not like GLs aren't already the strongest units by far, so this feels kinda unnecessary.
