The way I see it, this along with the nerf seems like a great way to set the groundwork for introducing an upgrade to the existing HDB bundle, with relic ready toons that will allow you to compete in the higher tiers of GAC. Time will tell if these changes are enough to make me quit the game, but it's definitely going to diminish my experience in the long term.
