[Mega]Content Update 8/2 [Hot Fix] & Commander Luke Skywalker Intro

With all the craziness of ewoks, and the recent last minute r2 event release I think it's about due time we get some double drop events going in cantina. Old Ben is one of those characters that people are probably gonna need so why not just set it up so that old Ben gets a couple of days worth of double drops like the ewoks did during their event. Bad enough they made it so that we need to use raid Han for this new Luke event which will probably keep a good portion of players from being able to participate.
