The truth.. that is common marketing language. It always saying rare, legendary, etc to make people corning into the edge and buy pack a.s.a.p ;)
Wouldn't worry much about that. The event will be back around 3, 4 month tops. Will be chain event i think. Example: to unlock Jedi Luke, u need *7 Commander Luke.
