Has anyone heard whether Commander Luke will be unlockable to play at 5 stars???

Similar to the Yoda, Palps, Thrawn and R2 events.

The developers are making it sound like you MUST have 7 star squad to unlock Cmdr Luke....AT 7 stars...

But he'll be unlockable to PLAY using a 5 star "A New Hope" squad. He'll only be at a 5 star level though.
