We do know for the mechanics (Levels 3, 6, 9). They admitted they were weighted in the Q&A. Nobody read it.

So from that, assume the best mechanics will not drop as often as the crap ones.

Once you are on that page, its a slippery slope on what else is weighted in this game.....

Shard drops, gear drops etc pretty much anything could fall under the guise of server side weighting logic.
