Secondly, you're right. Everyone has their own idea of what increased communication means. In this particular instance, actions over time will speak louder than words in this moment. This isn't an overnight thing. Rather, it'll be more of a sustained effort of engaging with the community. I'm thinking of it as a step-by-step journey. But, if an opportunity to take a leap makes sense and presents itself, I'll go for it.
That's my philosophical approach. It's too early to get into specifics, but I can say that the first step is being more present on the forums and looking into other mediums for communicating to the players.
