So, cost is approximately the same.

People will pay any amount to get past r2d2, they will have a lot of sales

The first time it came out it was 699 or 599 per day cant remember, the most recent time maybe a month or so ago it was this exact pack and price. It's the equivalent of buying 3 -699 packs nothing really changed just let's you get 1 big pack per day instead of 1 small pack.
