I noticed that the @CG_JohnSalera post got closed pretty quickly. I also noticed that he kept saying some players loved the "updates" and some players hate it.

By reviewing the sudden dramatic drop in your iStore App rating, the overall tone of most comments in the forum and also your polls it is crystal clear that you have destroyed the game and your customers hate it.

Trashing the health bar was wrong. Adding the protection bar was wrong. The re-balancing was far too extreme and wrong. Making toons weaker was wrong.

I feel that after paying for crystals to complete challenges and buy Chromium Mega-Packs that I own the characters I have spent months in developing. I reckon I've spent over $1,000 in 5 months on the game and I think you owe me a refund.

You have killed this game.

I have been waiting for someone to make this point. In @CG_JohnSalera 's post he uses political phrasing to give the impression that the public is split on the issue at hand. I spent about an hour reading through the forums and would honestly say that roughly 20% of the members like the update, About 40% are undecided, and about 40% do not like it and or are very upset by the changes.

The statement was a proactive gesture, but had a strong feel of politicking.

The change also brought back the droid and GS teams. They are a little OP again, especially considering you hardly nerfed IG86 and GS.

They remove all of my protection before my squad can remove 2 of their players' protection. This effectively delays the instant death round. To combat this i have tried a dodge team, a stealth team, a TM team, and a speed team and got slaughtered both times. Previously the only change i had against a team like this was to use a speed team to get out ahead of the cannons.

For perspective I am consistently top 200 in arena and take a very tactical and savoy approach to my squad and its development. I have been playing since some time in late Jan. I have purchased the DS starter pack ($5), two 21 day crystal packs ($22), and the WWF donation Ewok packs ($25). Not completely F2P, but far from a whale.

I want to say that I've never come onto the forum to complain about changes to the game before. There were always pros and cons and the game remained essentially good. The current version isn't any harder - in fact I just had the easiest GW ride ever today and finished it comfortably without using anything but my main team. But I hated every second. All the fun is gone with this update. Some people are asking for crystals or gear but I don't want anything other than to make the game enjoyable again. What's the point of having free crystals to play more of a game that you don't enjoy any longer?

Please just get rid of this protection idiocy and make the characters do some sort of damage again. Balance is useless if the game is this miserable to play.

And please in future test updates before you roll them out. I don't believe any of the devs tested this because it is now so unpleasant to play that it is impossible not to notice how joyless this experience is.

The update is killing this game and ive been basically told to find a new strategy and start over from scratch again but that's all well said but my characters that I have leveled and gotten to high stars with are now pretty much useless and I have to find new characters that are now good with the update its like basically starting completely over again. The characters I have leveled were leveled for a reason the strategy that I had developed since day one. I spent alot of money to get them that high in level and stars and I did it all for those specific characters because I enjoyed the PvP and the galactic war so I focused on building my team to survive that and make if to the top 200 in pvp on my server. But now I have to start all over again as if I'm a brand new player and have to reinvest all the money I already had again just to get back to where I was yesterday now have to spend months leveling and upgrading characters that I had not yet gotten to because I focused on the ones I had for PvP and slowly leveled others for the galactic war I mean how is that even fair to a daily player like me who has been playing this game since the day it released. I mean heck I pre registered for this game on Google play waiting until it came out and downloaded it as soon as it was available. But now all I've done is pretty much useless now.

This is a problem i wasn't confronted with yet, GW took 20 minutes more, but i was paired up with lower level opponents mostly. I lost all fortitude from the 3rd node and had to switch more of my guys in than usual. Still, so far so good.

I had to play GW very differently today but still won, BUT I have spent about $5K on this game (wish I hadn't, and I'm done spending as it seems to be.a constant money grab)

I can't make it anywhere today with the new update not even the str challenge I can't even beat both droids before savage destroys me

Angry children will always be more vocal than your happy customers. This "whale" loves your update and will not stop spending money. Heres to 100 bucks sunday, and the next big update!
