I understand how it looks. But i don't understand why should i lie. I mean, I'm almost 7mils, i know how things works in this game. It's bizarre that some one think's that im trying to lie or else. It's only because of stress and critical situation i did that. That's it. Hope no one in their life will understand how it feels.

You're not lying, I believe you. But ultimately its our own error, but with the situation you're in I hope support does help and you get the materials back

As far as the logs go, OP r9’d SLKR and is asking for an immediate refund within a few hours, so i do understand the regret he is having
I empathized with OPs regret of pushing a toon to R9, when there are better toons to push, especially when that toon is Piett to help with the chore of fleet arena mirror matches
