Missing Guild Event, GC and GB Conquest rewards

I am intermittently not receiving reswards for events I’ve participated in.

For example, I receive the rewards for a territory battle or raid, then the next time fail to receive any. I haven’t yet received my Galactic Challenge rewards for the last one (even though a new one has already started) and haven’t received anything for the last Conquest? Is anyone else not receiving rewards for things they’ve been involved with?
