Missing Home One Shards

I completed Tier IV of the Capital Ship Upgrades: Admiral Ackbar, and did not receive Home One shards as a reward. Attached are screenshots of my account showing completion of Tier IV, the lack of ability to complete Tier V, and the lack of shards on my Home One Capital Ship.
