Who is going to restore them? The in game help is an absolute joke. They first blamed me. They then accused me of using an outside app or device (I never have). Then they said this was fixed and if I didn't get compensation I was not affected. I NEVER SOLD THOSE MODS. I do mods 1 at a time. I never even enter the manage mods where a mass sell off could be done. There is also a second confirmation that must be made for mass sell offs. Its not an accidental click. But like I said, I do mods 1 at a time. I have diagnosed OCD, I do not make mistakes like this. I am real specific about how I handle mods. I have written multiple guides for farming, slicing and management for my guilds and others
The in game help has not been able (willing) to correct this for 4 days now. They just went 16 hours without responding to me. An hour ago, they sent me a link from October 1st. It said Capital Games has corrected an issue with game freezes and therefore my problem was resolved. My issue was never game freezes and this happened to me 6 days after that fix. I need this resolved ASAP. These are items developed over years. I have used time, resources and real money on these mods. Check my purchase history. In addition to the thousands of dollars spent in this game I've bought so many mod packs. I did nothing to deserve this and the amount of time spent to correct this is unreal. Please give me the name of the person that will be correcting this. The in game help is hoping I'll go away. I am contacting Disney to let them know how a game with their name on it is handled along with all the predatory gambling mechanics and the failure to protect purchased items
