Yeah, there were several posts already concerning this issue but the devs are tone deaf as usual. They neither addressed the issue nor made a statement about removing these mats from the Episode Track so we don't even know whether this change was made on purpose or not. Anyway, the lack of Circuit Breakers already has a very negative impact on upgrading mods but it seems that the devs just don't care at this point.
