Why is this only available in sith and tank raids? It really needs to be available in stores or at least farmable.

My guild has been completing the HAAT raid for at least a year now so the drop rate of these pieces is not very high. I have tons of extra trash gear too but this is not one of them. There are a lot of toons that need it. Sure, I only have a couple that I would really like to put this on now, but the stupid thing is I have no way of doing it quickly. It is not like these are gear level 11/12 pieces either so there is not need for them to be so sparse.
Maybe you aren't finishing very high. I get some of these nearly every raid.
