MK V-A Potency Mods Protection boost not showing?

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem? My MK V-A Potency mods have a 23% protection bonus on them. However, when I equip them, I get no extra protection on my characters? Is there a cer...

Do you have protection? 23% of 0 is 0. Protection starts appearing per gear tier, starting at VII. The % protection increase doesn't apply to (flat) protection from other mods.
