MK V-A Potency Mods Protection boost not showing?

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem? My MK V-A Potency mods have a 23% protection bonus on them. However, when I equip them, I get no extra protection on my characters? Is there a cer...

Total Protection After mods:

Base Protection + Flat Protection Values + Percentage Protection values multiplied by base protection

So if you have 0 Base protection, a 23.5% protection primary, and a +300 protection secondary:

0 + 300 + 0.235*(0) = 300 protection.

Once your character gets to gear level 7 they will have a base protection value and the % protection bonuses will start adding up as well as just the direct flat protection values.
