Black part is the prototype. It has the best ROI amongst similar gear from shipments. 750 crystals for a full pop. 1250 crystals is the rest of the pop (salvage) and 1400 crystals for a carbanti for comparison.
Salvage is needed in 60s compared to 50 for prototype. Both are in extreme demand.
