I very recently took a moment to filter through all mods, shuffled some stuff around and wiped out a lot of mods with no speed secondary's. This cleared out loads of space and helped with re-tweaks. I've got at least an 80-90+ buffer from the CAP.

Sometimes it worth taking a little bit of game time to whittle through all MODS to reassign etc.
