Mod Enhancement

Hello,

For some reason when I try to enhance my mods, nothing happens. I hit the slice to next tier button, it takes away the material for enhancement, but it doesn’t enhance my stats in any way, doesn’t increase the stats of my character at all or the power. Usually you see one of the mod stats change, but for some reason, all the stats are completely blank after I try to slice to the next tier.
