Mod Shipments

I feel as if mod shipments are an insult. Is anyone stupid enough to spend that much credit and crystals on lvl 1 1* mods? 680 crystals for a 3* lvl 1 mod? That's insane. Tiny rant over.

Just a little chum in the water trying to land some manatees and hopefully a whale. Just wait until tier 5 mods start appearing there a la raid gear in shipments.
