Mod Shipments

I feel as if mod shipments are an insult. Is anyone stupid enough to spend that much credit and crystals on lvl 1 1* mods? 680 crystals for a 3* lvl 1 mod? That's insane. Tiny rant over.

Maybe if they put some 5 dot mods in there I would buy them. I don't want the 3 dot mods that drop from the challenges, why would I out right buy one? I am sure if they did put 5 dot mods in the shipments they would make the raid gear in the regular shipments look cheap. 3000 crystals for a 5 dot.
