Mod Shipments

I feel as if mod shipments are an insult. Is anyone stupid enough to spend that much credit and crystals on lvl 1 1* mods? 680 crystals for a 3* lvl 1 mod? That's insane. Tiny rant over.

+17. 5* one goes to +30. Lowest Potency maxes out at +15% (that's a huge boost to Teebo and friends).

The main speed mod offers by far the highest bonus to a stat of any other currently. At worst, +17 speed is a 10% bonus to the fastest character (Leis at 164) and nearly a 20% bonus to the slowest JKG at 85).

Both of these exceed that actual set bonus and offer far higher bonuses than any other singular stat. It's kinda nuts. Feels like they missed something here considering how important speed is to taking more actions or just outright going first and taking out an enemy before they can even act.
