Mod Shipments

I feel as if mod shipments are an insult. Is anyone stupid enough to spend that much credit and crystals on lvl 1 1* mods? 680 crystals for a 3* lvl 1 mod? That's insane. Tiny rant over.

@Yudoka is right. if you randomly assign high level mods you will be easily beaten by someone who has carefully selected the right low level mods.

and they will have spent a LOT less credits than you.

having said that, most low level mods ARE garbage. just not speed and potency (and maybe critical chance/damage).
